Join us at the Hop Yard for the 1st edition of our Brisket King competition.
Potential Brisket Kings and Queens are invited to enter your best briskets to be tasted on the day of the event. Briskets should be smoked in advance and brought ready to served. Prizes will be available for the winner of both the judges and people’s choice.
